Production quality and VFX were actually quite impressive, and the creature designs were far more interesting than anything I’ve seen in recent years (@ A Quiet Place).\r\rThe story structure after the first act felt off in terms of tone and action beats, but I think that’s due to the writing taking a lot of inspiration from many other films/genres.\r\rSam Richardson was the standout.

Loved the idea of the worldwide draft. Good action. Fast paced.

good:\rchris pratt acting, supporting actors were good. \r\rthe bad:\rvery predictable. a little preachy . \r\rthe ugly:\rWay tooo many gunshots taken by the aliens, then final scene fight w chris pratt 1 on 1 fighting that monster was too ridicilous.

The movie moved at a good pace and was exciting. The actors were good with just enough humor for an action film. It was however very predictable and easy to guess what would happen. With that it was kind of soft but still a good movie to watch.
