I would never have taken this guy seriously as an action hero. He's more of a romantic comedy kind of actor but this series he's able to exhibit his versatility. The plot is so thick, you don't know what to concentrate on first or the most. Going to enjoy watching this story unfold.

Wonderful start. Much better actor for the Reacher character than Tom Cruise. More consistent with the book. Great writing. Just enough drama without being one of those shoot em up movies that wear you out. Surprisingly, lots of humor. Loved it. Cannot wait to see the rest of the series.

Reachers character is much more believable than prior film renditions. Alan Ritchson portrays the character in a way which is truer to how Lee Child created through his books. His use of both silence and force quickly establishes his strong presence. The storyline was believable and the character development was great, especially the roles played by Willa Fitzgerald and Malcolm Goodwin.
