It felt like an extended episode of the show, including many elements and characters from the show. The mystery and investigation was fun, but the boundaries of risk get overstepped. Being a TV show, we know they'll be back, so when the whole family is in peril, we know they'll get out of it somehow, which completely defuses about 20 minutes of tension.

Kinda silly, had a few good laughs. If you are a fan of the series, you will like the film.

Cute fun movie (but runs a little long).

I've never watched the TV show, so didn't know what to expect. The movie was somewhat entertaining, and definitely had some funny parts, as well as a fairly cohesive storyline. I wasn't prepared for the singing and dancing, and had to patiently sit through those parts hoping they would stop soon. Overall a good movie, geared more for teens than adults though in my opinion.
