Somewhat a spoof. Great costuming. Casting for Mr. Churchill not in character for the book.

It was rather difficult to understand what the actors were saying.

The sets and costumes were amazing. Visually pretty.

If one gets old British humor this is the film for them. Enjoyable period piece.
