Great first effort by Ronan Day-Lewis.

Really cool to see Daniel Day in a modern role. The story is one that can only be told by this father and this son. Extremely unique, has the flaws of a directorial debut- can't wait to see Ronan's next film and Daniel's next role!

Such a sad story. The setting was beautiful. I was glad in the end Brian was able to meet his father Ray.

Artsy, moody with great cinematography. Daniel Day-Lewis is electrifying in his sublime performance.
