Entertaining escapism.

Ready Player One was a terrific movie. I have to say congratulations to all who were involved. Not only did it convey the story of the book, it was able to bring a sense of nostalgia even in the slow parts of the film. Not that there were many. The CGI was amazing and the writing kept the pace of the movie. But, I would not recommend for anyone under 13 as it has a lot of foul language.

This film had a good story line and a good narrator. This allowed the viewer to follow along and to understand the reason why so many people enjoyed the Oasis game and why the person created it. Immediately, I could identify that the creator of the game was a person with Autism.

This film contained a lot of references to games and retro 80's period. Lots of great graphics and imaging. Something for everyone.
