I thought the movie was well made and had a number of humorous scenes. The colors were great and Carey Mulligan has such a strong screen presence. The ending did have a good feeling of justice almost being served, but the rest of the movie had this almost crushing feeling that no one, not one human being is nice or decent.

It would have been an absolute blast to watch in the cinema - I found myself grinning manically through a lot of it. Naturally it will resonate differently person to person, but I think every young woman growing up now will find damning truths and familiarities here. I thoroughly enjoyed the genre-bending elements - phenomenal core performances lift it to even greater heights. 9/10

Fun original take on very relevant social issues. Carey Mulligan deserves all of the awards. Also the soundtrack is FIRE!

I think the movie executes well on a clear voice and vision. The acting, soundtrack and set styling was all wonderful. I think it is a hard movie to recommend as the subject matter, the score and the styling might not be everyone's "cup of tea".
