It was funny, action packed and had a good story line. I enjoyed it!

As a movie, it was great. Visually stunning, great acting. As a fan of the book, it was disappointing though. Not one of the three keys/gates matched the book. The spirit of The contest was wrapped in 80’s pop culture and I don’t think the movie actually presented that. That aspect of it fell flat.

Enjoyable with all the 80’s, 90’s references. Just didn’t seem to have the same “heart” of Spielberg’s movies at their best.

Fantastic movie. Really well done.
