Some parts of this movie were a bit far fetched, but overall it was a solid coming of age story. If you like animals, you should enjoy this film. The cinematography is amazing, so visually very stimulating. The whole movie is subtitled which gives authenticity to the theme and story, but the film isn't dense with dialog so it isn't a very big barrier for those who dislike subtitles.

The movie was good. Really put in prespective the orgin of "man's best friend". The film gives a visual of how the relationship started.

While the developing relationship between the wolf and the boy is endearing, I was disappointed with the overuse of CGI for the cinematography and action sequences which I was expecting to be the highlights of the film.
