Solid film that has a lot of the human spirit in it. It shows our need for others and our will for survival.

The cinematogrophy was absolutely stunning. I really loved that there were moments with no dialougue but the feeling of the moment was so clear.\r\rI have thought for years that I wanted to get away from people in this same manner.

A film about deep, emotional hurt, dispare and eventual healing take place in an ever challenging environment. The protagonist's sense of loss and her survivors guilt take her to the very edge of civilization. This was a trial by nature. If she survived it was because she had truly earned that right. Left to her own devises death was certain, but when happenstance enters the need for human contact and her inate desire to survive take over.\r\rThe film is beautifully shot through the ever changing seasons of the year, in some of the most rugged and scenic mountains on the continent. \r\rGreat film!
