I watched the movie preview with my son, who is a history buff. We both enjoyed it. The main character was likable and the storyline interesting. We both agreed, that it started a bit slow, but was worth it to stick it out. Was great to see the actual hero the movie was based on. Four and a half stars.

Good story. I liked it. Action filled battle scences. If you are sensitive to violence this movie is not for you. . I. Didnt know about desmond doss. I will recommend this movie.

Mel Gibson has made yet another fantastic movie. Very powerful and moving film that can inspire many.

This movie reminds me of "Saving Private Ryan" in terms of the visual effects. A great story and very touching.
