Very good movie. It was a little bit slow in the beginning, however, the characters in the movie drew you in closer and closer. It's such a break to watch a movie where there isn't blood and gore, with people dying. This is a true story where you can see how once person can actually make a difference to a lot of people.

I really enjoy being shown the culture in Uganda. It is bringing awareness of what things are really like there by showing us rather than simply stating fact.

I walked into this movie expecting to enjoy it but the movie even surpassed my expectations. I thought it was well acted with impressive performances from all the young actors, considering their lack of experience; Coach and Madame were the thread that brought them together. It was a feel good movie with wonderful analogies relating chess to personal struggles.

I thought it was a very inspirational movie and the fact it was based on a true story makes it that much better. I have never been to a movie where the audience clapped at the end until now. Very impressed
