Insightful to soldiers with combat related injuries.

Good family movie, especially for dog lovers!

Acting was good and the movie was funny but not over the top goofy or silly. Lots of psychological issues with the dog and unacknowledged psychological issues with the lead character. The journey for both of them to heal was well told.

The trailer didn’t do this film justice. I went in to the movie with low expectations and came out crying. This is one of Channing’s best work as we got to see him in something other than being the romantic lead. I was worried the story would get off course in the beginning and introduce too many characters but nonetheless there wasn’t. The simplicity pulled at the heart strings. Wholesome movie through and through.
