As a huge fan of the book, I’ve been looking forward to this film for a long time. The original 1984 version didn’t do it proper justice, while this version is very true to the depth and scope of the novel. I loved it and was totally enthralled all the way through. Despite its length, it only covers half the story, leaving fans anxiously awaiting the next film. I highly recommend this sci-fi exper

It's truly mind boggling and has an eye for history most sci-fi nowadays does not.

They’ve done a really nice job setting the scene for anyone who might not have read the books or watched the 80s version of Dune. The cinematic quality was amazing and very well done.
