Bright and exciting this story is. Best Film of the Year. Timothy Chalamet's Wonka is delightfully light and refreshing. The score was fantastic, including paying homage to those who have come before. Well Done!

Loved it so entertaining

Wonka is a smart prequel to the traditional Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory movie. Timothee Chalamet shows his talent and versatility (who knew he could sing and dance?) to portray an idealistic, creative, younger Wonka. The themes of holding onto dreams, being honest, giving, and caring about others are present in this movie just as it is in the older one. Great casting for quirky characters, songwriting, and choreography bring the set and world around Wonka alive. This film has the magic to entertain children and wit to amuse adults. Great family film!
