I really liked it. I am not a fan of the Marvel movies as a whole, but there are select ones I enjoy. This was one of them. It had a much broader appeal than so many of them. It stands alone. I enjoyed the banter between Eddie and Venom and Eddie and Anne. There was a good amount of action without too much. I was very glad that they didn't show the symbiote merging with the bunny or the dog. It is touching. The scene where Eddie reaches out to reunite with Venom during the big fight scene.

The beginning was not that great, however after the climax the movie became amazing, especially the action scenes, all the way to the end.

My husband & I attended the screening last night. We both loved the movie. It made us laugh out loud. Tom Hardy was fantastic. Cannot understand that this movie is getting such bad reviews. It was a lot of fun and VERY entertaining. Would highly recommend it.
