I could only make it about halfway through. Cliched. Didn't hold my interest.

I liked the 90's setting but overall it was a little bit been done before. It was decently entertaining though and didn't romanticize the killer by stretching out his time and backstory, which I thought was a bit new. Again, I think the format of Quibi makes this content form so strange.

Too slow. It seems as though the cast of characters could not speak a sentence without pausing. Very noticeable during the first half of the move. Background music was inappropriate in most cases, was from different genres and completely different eras. Different scenes were put together and some did not have a place in the movie. It's a thumbs down.
