It was okay

The beginning was very slow and there were a lot of scenes that were pretty random and had very little explanation like how the Atlantis Police men burst through Tom's door in the beginning. The fight scenes were really good and so were the underwater effects, but the story was very random, dragged, out of place, and extremely cliche.

Campy, predictable juvenile script. Scenery and special effects were. Outstanding.
