The only redeeming aspect was the special effects. The story line was trite and overdone, the character development was weak, the acting was even weaker. Not sure where they're going with this series but this one can be a one and done.

The acting and dialogue was terrible. The entire subplot with Black Manta should have been cut. The only saving grace were the few action scenes and the costumes. DC needs a new movie plan.
