Overall When the Streetlights Go On left me wondering what I was missing. There were so many holes in the story that it was missing parts that you felt you should have had to explain the story. As I watched I was only getting pieces here and there as to what was going on. This just felt like a rough draft version that was still being edited. As interesting as it may be it needs work.\r

Keeps you in suspense on who the killer was.

Not too bad of a show with an interesting premise and showcasing some pretty good acting. The ending was a bit abrupt and unsatisfying, though.

Bad acting can't be hidden with a great 90's soundtrack. The stream had some type of ID off center of the screen so terribly distracting.
