Very reminiscent of the Avatar world, especially after the "Avatar: Way of Water" trailer showing. The visuals are still quite beautiful and characters likeable. The mulitiple messages of family first, letting kids find their own paths, accepting every creature's differences, etc. were a bit too much and all over the place. Too many "moral of the story" is like not enough, unfortunately.

I LOVEE THISSS MOVIE SO MUCH. Yes it was very rough and the dialog makes the plot seem so forced progressing forward but it was ment to have a comic book feel so it made sense. A lot of the characters were one dimensional except Ethan (who is one of my favorite Disney characters now, we finally gota good solid canon LGBT main character) The color theory was nice as well, wish it had more variety.

Great fun for the whole family. The visuals looked great and they created a "strange" world like no other. Characters were loveable (including 'Splat') Some pretty funny parts that made the entire theatre laugh out loud. Overall, a pretty good movie that I would watch again. 3.5/5
