I loved "The Black Phone". Horror is my genre and this movie fulfilled the creep factor. Very intense and violent at times. I would highly recommend it for a great scary time.

I really enjoyed this adaptation. It fleshes out the short story without losing the original idea. It had compelling characters and successfully built up suspense without a bunch of cheap jump scares. The few there are, are well placed. Watching this, prompted me to read the short story and I enjoyed both.

Omg. This movie was so freaking crazy. I loved the fact that it was so good that other movie goers got into. This is the type of movie I remember when I was young CRAZY JUMP SCARES and EXTREMELY SCARY.
