Christian Bale did an amazing job playing Cheney, but I did think the tone employed by "Vice" worked better for some elements (his rise in D.C.) than others (wars).

The cast is brilliant!

Much better than I thought. The transformation of the actors in their roles was mezmerizing! Wonderfully done! bravo!

I think this film was lacking in direction. It was a bit all over the place. There seemed to be some attempts at humor though the humor was primarily tongue-in-cheek. Too many quick cuts, and too much reliance on background music to establish a mise-en-scene. That being said Christian Bale gave a very believable performance. I think if the screenplay was written better that would have helped, but obviously the material wasn't quite there to have a good one written.
