It was a hilarious yet genuinely frightening ride. The movie kept us laughing even as it pushed us to the edge of our nerves. The scares hit hard because it throws you into bizarre, unpredictable situations that build tension just long enough to make the next moment even funnier. The screening staff could improve, people were allowed to enter separately, save seats with bags, and block better rows while others were forced to sit in the front. I saw all of this from the center row.

I would give it a 4.5/5. I love watching a horror film where you can tell the writer/director loves the genre and isn’t afraid to have fun with it. Barker does such a good job balancing the different elements within the horror genre; it was funny without feeling forced, had some genuinely scary moments, and embraced the violence and absurdity of the plot with several wild/shocking moments. I’m also manifesting that Inde Navarrette becomes the new horror it girl because she gave an all timer performance in this movie and deserves all the praise!!
