I thought it was good I thought it showed the special relationship between man and dog that exist still to this day

There were things I really liked about the movie, and other thing I was not impressed with. I feel like the reuniting in the end was lacking. I expected to hold back tears when he got home, but it wasn’t there for me. I like that the film wasn’t in English to make it more realistic, but that may be one reason I had a hard time with the emotional connection with the characters.I thought the 3-D quality of the film was very well done and the CGI was impressive.

It was an okay film

There were too many inconsistencies in the time period. Some of the events could never have happened. The characters learned how to make beautiful coats, but no mittens to keep their hands warm. Where did those beautiful round rocks come from? the main character would never have survived the cold after he somehow escaped from going under the ice for that long. There are many more instances like this that took away from my enjoying the movie.
