Even after a 10 year hiatus from directing, Mel Gibson proves yet again with "Hacksaw Ridge" that he is one of the most talented and impactful filmmakers working today. With striking visuals, a beautiful soundtrack and a cast of great actors, this is without a doubt one of the best films of this year.

The cinematographery is phenomenal. The action scenes make you feel like you are on the battlefield with the soldiers. It is a amazing true story. Definitely a must see.

This movie was great I enjoyed it so much. It had much excitement a beautiful love story and was so inspirational. Talk about determination. Just when you thought he was gone he came pushing though, which came from him never giving up in what he believed in.
