I thought the film was well done. The acting was very good. The graphics were seamless with the live action characters and it was hard to tell where they used real animals and CGI. I felt the story was a bit slow at times, and got a little repetitive to me with the interactions between the wolf and the main character. Overall, I was entertained and felt it was a movie I have and did recommend to others, but not something I would rush out to see again.

It was a good movie but the only thing I think people would not like was it was all in sub titles….and if you brought your kids that would be a problem unless their parents read it to them.

I liked the overall story, but it was a little too violent and tense for my taste.

2.5 Stars.....Alpha was a decent family pic that the kids, in particular, would love. As an adult, it is NOT a movie that I'd want to see again. There just was not enough substance and depth....Thank you, however, for the opportunity to screen the film. I wish the Studio much box-office success!
