It was very emotional and very spiritual. Of course I know the Harriet Tubman story but to see it was totally different.

I wasn't impressed that Harriet had something like magical powers instead of just being badass, but the actress playing her was very impressive. I loved seeing the actress that played Marie, (Janelle). I love her!! I am glad that the movie got made!

Very good movie; just has me wondering about the tunnels I learned about in school...Again, movies like this (and The Best of Enemies, Hidden Figures, and many of the true war movies of late) would be recommended for History and such teachers these days. It's easier for students to engage and learn from a movie than a dry, boring book.
