Excellent movie! It actually made me think differently about the prisoners who were held at Guantanamo. I now feel that they ALL deserved fair trials no matter what they were thought to have done. September 11 was a horrible event, but even so, our judicial system is set up to avoid revenge and instead to seek the truth and make sure ALL have rights.

So well done. We need the information in this docudrama. The Guantanamo fiasco has gone on long enough. The injustice is egregious. Thank you for making this film available.

Well-written, amazing performances by all, but especially Tahar Rahim. Would highly recommend watching the film and now I feel I need to read the book. Humans can be monsters.

It was a very impactful movie, an eye-opener to see how the U. S. government tortures prisoners in Guantanamo and is so far away from a democracy, truly free country. Eight years with no charges or trial during the Bush administration, then an appeal in the Obama administration that had him another 7 years in prison is very concerning. Great movie to watch and that hopefully politicians will see.
