I really liked the message of this movie, that you should feel self-confident and deserving regardless if you do not look like a model. All of the performances were great. However, I do have a bone to pick. Why is Lauren Hutton (age 74) playing Michelle Williams' (age 37) GRANDMOTHER?! She should have been her mother. Reeks of sexism & ageism - which I thought this movie was railing against. I was also surprised that Soul Cycle allowed itself to be portrayed as negatively as it was in the movie. I have several friends of all shapes and sizes who go to Soul Cycle who never feel body shamed like Amy Schumer's character was in the movie.
