You never really got to see the scale of the Meg in the movie. The darkness that it was filmed creates doubt of any high production quality. If people are ok with a cheaper Jaws movie, I would recommend this.

Not super original but pretty good writing & likable characters

It's a fun time at the movies.

This felt like a typical Jason Statham movie where he has to play the overbearing hero. He is one of my favorite actors but this movie didn't leave a great impression with me. The movie felt rough around the edges where the story didn't seem to flow smoothly and at times felt too fast paced.
