I was excited to see this but it wasn’t good. It came off as a parody it was so bad.

Too predictable and did not care all that singing!

It’s a bad musical remake of the original. The original is so iconic, why mess with it? Would have been better as sequel with similar but not same exact story line.

The delivery of Mean Girls as a musical came at the cost of logical scenes continuity scenes from the 2004 movie. Karen's character being so dumbed down subtracts from any potential for meaningful character developments, witty jokes, etc. She's too dumb to function. Lindsay Lohan would have made a better Ms. Norbury, as a nod to the previous film, and Tina Fey would have made a better judge.
