Great acting from the entire cast, but the topic seems very repetitive and obsolete. I really wanted to like it, but it felt like another film fetishizing on women's pain. This film felt too dragging for this time and age.

I think is was intense and interesting but it left me with questions. Is this only for women? Will men ever WANT to see this? How do these women survive after leaving? The process of making a collective, conscious shift- is real- but there was very little discussion with no answers to what lay ahead for those who leave. Yes, their situation was intolerable- but the real, live people is the audience are savvy 2023 people.

I thought the film was fairly didactic and the middle stretch is brutally dull- it's all about talking *at*, not *to*. The film invokes 12 angry men, but whereas that movie took the approach of convincing characters through various debate, this one defines the characters solely through their POV in the debate. When they're talking at each other, it feels like a PowerPoint presentation more than a movie, and I was frustrated with that about it. That being said, there are some nice moments near the end (which haven't really stuck with me) and I found the movie more hopeful than anticipated.

It’s about a bunch of women talking. Seemed a little hollow for a major film on the big screen. It could of helped to have a little context into where they were, cultural norms and how things ended. I left feeling like I still didn’t know what was going on. It was a long movie for no reason. They didn’t finish.
