Very well done movie portrayal of Elton John and his lyrics guy Bernie. Great music. Sad story of the all too common occurance of parents' emotional abuse of their children.

It wasn't what I expect, but it was good nonetheless. It didn't have the seriousness I thought it would have a times. Seemed comical at times. Felt kind of long. Over all, it was a good movie and I would watch again.

I loved the portrayal of his life and how he rose above all the negativity to be a continued sober success
