I thought the movie was going to be about bringing corrupt cops to justice. There were 3-4 times more "justifiable" homicides committed by the cops because of the hunt for the lead character. I'm still trying to understand why there were so many people killed by the cops after the three lives were initially taken. Additionally, it was not believable. How was the lead character able to walk in the projects and not be harmed when there was a hit on her, dead or alive? Not well executed at all.

Okhowever nothing great about it

The subject matter was relevant, but the story lacked depth. Not a great film, but watchable nevertheless.

Decent movie, I think the characters lacked development.
