As a lover of the book, it captures the essence of what was fun about it. I thought some of the choices were weird and it could have done a better job of articulating the timeline. It feels as though everything happened within a week when I know it probably spans months. The romantic aspect wasn’t that believable because of that timeline as well. Overall Spielberg owns it. It was a fantastic ride

Steven Spielberg does it again!

Heart warming and powerful yet still a little on the cheesy side.

I really enjoyed it. There were certainly some differences from the book, but still very good. I would definitely recommend seeing it in 3D.
