Slow pace at the beginning, and definitely picks up with a surprising ending

Slow build up & predictable. Still enjoyable action

While it may not be good, it’s a really entertaining movie. I had fun watching it(especially in IMAX)with my friends.Negatives) Story is bland, some effects are noticeably bad, has stock music, and the child actor sucked.Positives) Jason Statham is alright, some pretty good effects, fun intense action sequences, Shark was menacing, somewhat funny.I’d recommend this to general moviegoers

The dichotomy of the relationship between our main protagonist, the ever-so-ravishing Jason Statham, and our villain, the prehistoric Megalodon (set here to represent societies oppression at the hands of the white masters) was intriguing to watch to say the least.The juxtaposition of violence set on the canvas of one of the worlds greatest beauties...oh there's a character limit.It was aiiight!
