Light hearted, funny. feel good film

I don't know why I had such low expactations. I thought it would be a very lightweight movie with no substance, that I could probably predict every turn of based on the title "Second Act". It exceed my expectations, by far. The story had (enough) depth, the jokes were "lol" funny, and the pacing works well. Not a classic film by any means, but definitely an easy and fun watch. Didn't really like Milo in this one. I couldn't tell what he was tryin to be, and I know he can act because …."this is us".,

It was light-hearted and enjoyable

It was a good movie. We liked the humor in it except for the little kid cussing as we thought it was inappropriate and didn't need it to be funny. We liked the twist of her being the mom and the other person being her daughter. We didn't see that coming up.
