It was a tremendous movie that left me with a very different insight about the workings of Guantanamo Bay prison. Jodie Foster, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Tahir Rahim did a wonderful job.

Acting well done. This is a story we don’t want to hear about and are shocked at the methods used by the US to get what they wanted. I loved seeing the real life person this movie portrays at the end of the movie. His spirit was not broken but how many others were? Shame on Obama and Rumsfield and the military for what they did!

I truly enjoyed this story. It showed that we haven't completely lost our way and recognize we could/should be doing better. At times allowing fear to control our nature led us to doing some things that as a nation we condemn of others. 9/11 was a horrifying feeling for many and the steps depicted in the movie to rationalize tactics show that there were no winners. I'm glad that both sides of the legal system showed honor and professionalism in their approach to handling the subject matter. In time I hope this movie is shown to high school kids to allow for an open debate as to the nature of people and the lengths they will do to achieve a result.

Great acting Benedict Jodie and Mauritanian. I was not familiar with this true story and movie does a great job of showcasing that subject.
