Very funny and entertaining

This movie gave me a lot of laughs. I think the movie would not be appreciated by younger people, but me and my senior friend loved it.Thank you.

Book Club. I wish I had a Book Club like these ladies. The movie was hysterical. I can't remember the last time I laughed so much at a movie. The humour was witty. The casting of the ladies and gentlemen created great chemistry between the characters.. Ladies will love it and couples would enjoy it as well.

The movie opens with typical cheesy and slow paced - cliched jokes. However, it quickly progresses to actual content that you find yourself emotionally invested in. Diane Keaton really leads the cast as the widow Diane with two overbearing daughters trying to support their aging, single mother.
