I thought the film overall was good but not great. It struggles to find perfect balance between film and musical through out its runtime. There are some awesome musical numbers that elevate some scenes and sequences from the original movie but others that fall flat and disrupt the rhythm of the movie. Loved the castings of Renee Rapp, Auli’i Cravalho, & Jaquel Spivey

It wasn't that great especially since it is a musical movie. I felt like all that wasn't necessary because it is a remake of the old one. Would have like to see John Hamm more in the movie. Nice to see an actress that was in the movie. Had some good comedy in there. Capture the high school feeling especially in today's era with all the power of social media. Even better to see flip phones inthere
