Good movie. Great acting and directing. Provided some really touching and lighthearted moments to what could have been a heavy topic. However, proper physical distancing was not maintained in the theatre with people being sat close together (especially directly in front of each other in an auditorium styler theatre with little space between rows).

Amazing performances

I think the film did a good job at portraying Tammy’s sincere desire to be loved both by people in her life & God, as well as how twisted religion, power, wealth can become in the evangelical realm.

It amazes me that this woman was so naive, but refreshing how much love she had for people. Jessica Chastain did an absolutely fantastic job making Tammy Faye not seem to be the monster that the tabloids and news made her out to be.
