Though the movie is never the book; it was very well done. It is the best of the "Emma"s out there. Bill Nyghy was particularly outstanding. Anya Taylor-Joy capture the right amount of adorable/ annoying. Gratuitous nudity, why? The costumes were amazing.

So delicious, witty and well directed. Jane Austen fans won’t be disappointed with this talented lot.

As a Janeite I wished that it had followed the book's details more, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend it to my friends

Tonally fantastic -- genuinely hilarious. The challenge with adapting older novels is sometimes in the language -- I found it a bit difficult to follow the story, but had a great time nonetheless.
