Funny, lighthearted and mindy kailing truly does shine

I thought this film did a great job at addressing modern social issues with a blunt yet considerate touch, while including humor in the right moments to make the overall feeling of the film lighthearted and fun! Also loved that it wasn’t too one sided - it explored the challenges and successes of a woman of color in a predominately white male work place, while also not demonizing the white woman of “power”. They made both characters relatable, fun, and likable while exploring both their careers in an objective way
