It would give a small picture into the life of Queen Mary.Things in the Royal line were tricky.Losing to win in her death. Trying to sister a cousin who had no feelings for her. Putting her in an 18 year house arrest. Often Royals had to deal with these people who wanted the throne. Men married women to gain power.The power turned them into service with no freedom.Making off with her head even more real. It is like always trying to win a favor in this case the son was put on 2 thrones and today we have England and Scotland together as a Royal family.

The movie itself was well constructed. However, based off bast research from historians and pas films some of the details where never proven. A lot of the story line leading up to how Mary was beheaded was accurate. It was an interesting move to watch.

Great performances, interesting story

Didn’t know what to expect, but I truly enjoyed the movie. Characters were outstanding especially Mary. Even in her weakest moment, she displayed courage, determination, self worth and tenacity.
