I couldn’t get in the movie kept giving a error so I wouldn’t give it a 5

I was not able to watch the video it would not load the message kept saying error

Soonnas tbe movie started itnwould not let us watch it. Unreal really.

I missed my opening by 2 minutes. I walk away, waiting for 19 minutes, and I could not get in. So hurt.
