Terrible acting but giant shark

A fine summer popcorn flick, with fun action, absurd humor, and a touch of light hearted romance. It was a bit cookie cutter at times, with expected scares, stock characters, and very clearly calculated crowd pleasing moments/one-liners; a bit more weirdness, gore, or out of left field shocks / surprises would have been nice. Overall, an enjoyable time that will make a fine rental in a few months.
