Good entertainment. I liked it but typical disaster movie. I did think the way the three were separated was wonderful but the way they converged a little far fetched. But again, still very entertaining. Some question marks... Wouldn't there be lots of disallowed planes converging on Greenland as the word was getting out? With limited resources, wouldn't they be keeping people out? Wouldn't they shoot first and ask questions later? How did the little boy survive without insulin? They were only taking healthy people so wouldn't they have little to no insulin available in the bunker? Would it really only take 9 months for ash to clear?

What a roller coaster ride of emotions! From the beginning of the movie, you are engrossed in the struggle that humanity is about to endure, and the varying actions that people can take when placed in desperate situations. I can see many of these scenarios play out (minus the airplane scene at the end - they would have all perished with that crash). But I do find it interesting that they actually annihilated the earth and left the viewers contemplating what will essentially require the rebuilding of the earth as we know it. It’s a tad scary to watch this type of film, especially as we are at peak pandemic!
