Great balance between scary and funny

I am not one for scary movies, but I actually enjoyed it. It was intense, but loved the comedy skits they had in there as well.

A very good adaptation of the source material that is effective as a horror film, while still keeping moments of humour and emotion, intertwined with an engaging story and an excellent cast.
