Nice mix of funny, sad, heartwarming, realistic.

Good acting, great photography and entertaining. Humour to make the tragedy easier to handle. \r\rThe subject matter was presented in a sensitive manner. Even if two people are drifting apart and their relationship is crumbling it does not diminish the love and caring that evolved over the years. \r\rIt was nice to be in a theatre again!

The film was not exactly what I expected from the trailer. I understood it would be a "tear-jerker" romantic comedy, but it was much heavier on the "tear-jerker" and much lighter on the comedy than I was expecting. \r\rSally Field was among the highlights because she always was. I generally don't like Jim Parsons as an actor, but I thought he really played this role well. \r\rI cried my eyes out, and so did my boyfriend. We held hands throughout the entire movie, which is not typical for us. Thanks for a great date night.
